Mattiscombe Cottage is the perfect place to relax in peaceful surroundings and yet enjoy all that the South Hams has to offer.  We are ideally situated in a quiet location in a wooded valley but within walking distance to two great pubs and a thriving farmshop is close by. The beaches at Torcross, Slapton Sands and Beesands are but a short walk or car journey away.  We are accessible to both Dartmouth and Kingsbridge with Salcombe only a short drive further on.

Originally a pair of Gamekeeper's cottages built in the mid 1850's and part of the Widdicombe estate, Mattiscombe is a pretty cottage which has been recently renovated but still retaining many original features.
